Dr. Cicely H. Bailey

Dr. Cicely Bailey possesses over 20 years of experience in the area of Christian and Educational Leadership. She is an ordained Minister, certified Superintendent, Principal, Counselor, and Special Education Teacher. Cicely holds a Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Baptist University, a Master of Education in Education Administration, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown. She understands the importance of working collaboratively to effectively design Christian and education programs to address the needs of all. Cicely has focused her professional career around school improvement, parental and community involvement, promoting student achievement, leadership and Christian development. As a result, she has witnessed programs and schools improve because of her capacity to build relationships, impact instruction through coaching, and impact student performance and achievement. Cicely believes it is her duty to be a blessing to others because of the blessings others have given to her.

 

Executive Assistant

Keunche Nichols

Mrs. Nichols has over 7 years of experience in the field of education, specializing in special education. She has 5 years of serving as an executive assistant. Keunche has strong interpersonal and organizational skills. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Houston-Downtown. Keunche is best known for her love of people.

Dr. Carole Brockington

Carole possesses an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Lamar University, a Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctorate in Education Technology from University of Phoenix. Carole is a passionate technology leader who’s career has always focused on schools with fewer resources. She has always worked to bring technology into the classroom to create an inclusive environment that provides opportunities that add value to both students and teachers. Improving education as a connecting point between people and ideas for over 25 years, Carole currently teaches English to adults at Lone Star College.
